Food Activity Participation

As always, here at Kids' Kingdom we are always looking to provide a safe learning environment. Therefore, it is imperative that we ensure children do not have any allergies or sensitivities to the products that we may use for snacks or projects. We often enjoy using various items for project time or for experimenting textures with, sometimes on the spur of the moment as a transition or alternate activity. In order to maintain the highest level of safety for the children, and to be able to plan activities accordingly, I am asking that parents take a moment to view the foods and products listed below. These are all common products that are often readily available for r us to use. IF YOU WOULD NOT WANT YOU CHILD TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTIVITY WITH ONE OF THESE ITEMS, PLEASE CIRCLE IT!

If an activity uses a food product other than that which is listed, a permission-for-participation sheet will be provided with all the ingredients being used for parents to sign off on prior to the execution of the activity. Please complete, sign, and return this sheet so that we may enjoy the many exciting, enriching activities that we have in store.
